When I first started taking vitamin D3 I used the shop bought Magnesium Calcium and D3. Did you know there are only 6.2 micrograms of D3 in the store-bought one? I needed 2000 IU, an international unit of 50 micrograms of vitamin D3. Essentially I needed 8 times more than what I was getting.
